At Hobbiton™ Movie Set, we want you to be delighted with your piece of Middle-earth. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Email our guest services team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to ensure a smooth processing of your request.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Send your item back using a tracked postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our Shire-based team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
